Book, I have had the unique
opportunity to get to know
90% of Kauai's Business
people.
I moved to Kauai in 2001
From Northern California
after years of Sales and
Marketing in San Francisco.
Having had formal training
in business has been a huge
asset for my Real Estate
career here on Kauai.
Over the years, I have
developed thousands of
business and personal
relationships.
My business mentality has
always been focused on the
customer. As many of you
know already, I have put
this type of thinking into
effect, and have had the
philosophy that all parties
involved in a transaction,
walk away in a Win-Win
outcome. I exercise my solid
work ethic and customer
service skills daily in all
Real Estate dealings.
I enjoy the lifestyle our
beautiful Island has to
offer. I like to paddle
board, fish, dive, surf,
ride my dirt bike and
participate in all outdoor
activities. I have a
beautiful wife Malyssa, and
three wonderful children.
Ashley our oldest, and the
twins Luna and Daniel.
In my opinion, real estate
is the best and safest
investment. When purchased
properly, real estate can
provide excellent investment
and retirement income. Real
estate also can be very
stressful, especially for
first time home buyers. With
my knowledge, dedication to
hard work and your best
interest in mind, you will
