My friends call me Cordy. I lived most of my life in the East Bay Area of Northern California. I graduated from the University of
California Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology.
After 20 years of coming to Kauai as a visitor, it became my family’s permanent home in 1994.
In connection with over 30 years of volunteer educational work, I have traveled extensively in South America, Europe, Africa
and Asia. This has developed in me a real love for people and a sincere desire to help others. These qualities are essential to
successful Real Estate dealings. I enjoy the challenge of assisting clients to quickly locate and own investment, residential or
vacation property to suit their needs and desires. We have been very successful, for example, in matching local contractors and
lenders with clients desiring to buy land and build beautiful homes and vacation rentals.
The Island of Kauai is a unique place to live. Kauai matches the spectacular beauty of the Seychelles, the Caribbean and Tahiti
with the added benefits of safe water and food, a common language and currency, friendly, loving people and relative freedom
from crime.
