 Manny Eneriz was born and raised in the
San Fernando Valley
and
Camarillo
areas of
California
, as the son of a WWII army veteran who was a 3-1/2 year
POW of the “Corregador Death March.”
Manny himself is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Following the war he worked as an executive pilot
for 2-1/2 years until bitten by the real estate bug in
1976. For 27
years, he has had a successful real estate practice.
Additionally,
Manny has now chosen a unique niche in which to serve the
needs of buyers and sellers in the
Kauai
real estate market. He
maintains two offices (CA and
Kauai
) assisting people living in the
Los Angeles
basin who own property in
Hawaii
(especially
Kauai
) wishing to buy and/or sell homes and condominiums in HI.
He
also offers financial services as a licensed life
insurance agent and Series 6 and 63 securities licensee.
Manny
has been married to Debra for 24 years; they are the
parents of four children (Celeste, Brandon, Lorena and
Michael). Like
Manny, Debra is also a Realtor Associate® with RE/MAX
Pro,
Palmdale
,
CA
