The generous lanai in the back has a hot tub. Leading out from this lanai is a tropical healing salt swimming pool. * (Note: Lava rock seen in the photo does not have a waterfall feature.)

This large home also features custom Koa cabinetry, hardwood floors, faux-finished walls and fine woodcraft detailing. Although not needed in Hawaii and not used, the presence of a cozy fireplace in the living room sets the mood for a welcoming ambience.
