HOUSE
 Welcome to
PUALANI our beautiful 3-bedroom vacation home with
private pool on the North Shore of Kauai. PUALANI is
located on the Makai Golf Course in the exclusive
resort community of Princeville. It has spectacular
views of the
Hanalei
Mountains
from every room. PUALANI is a spacious and
light-filled custom home with 2247 s.f. of living
area. It is newly remodeled and tastefully furnished.
LIVING ROOM
The light-filled two-story living room is
surrounded on three sides with floor to ceiling
windows to enjoy panoramic views of the golf course,
pool and Hanalei
Mountains.
BEDROOMS
(3 Queen beds)
The master
bedroom on the upper level overlooks the two-story
living room and has a queen-sized bed, luxurious bath
suite and a separate sitting area with cable TV, DVR
& high speed cable internet access. Bedroom A
(queen-size bed) & bedroom B (2 twin beds) share a
bath and are located in a separate wing adjacent to
the pool, patio and lanai.
KITCHEN
& DINING ROOM
The kitchen
has cherry cabinets, granite countertops, new range,
refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is
fully equipped with pots, pans, rice cooker, blender,
and toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and
full dinner service.
POOL, PATIO
& LANAI
Enjoy your own private pool, patio and covered
lanai. Four new chaise lounges and two dining tables
with seating for eight are provided. Grill on the DCS
Professional 36” stainless steel gas barbeque.
