With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The photos shown for this property are less than a year old. Since taking ownership of unit #222 in the last year, the owner has made many upgrades to the interior. Due to limited products on Island and shipment constraints, other planned remodeling work has been delayed until March 2023. It is the owner’s utmost desire to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Like most coastal properties, décor and furniture need to be carefully selected to ensure they will be able to bear the salt air. It’s difficult to find anything that doesn’t have a part that is metal, which as you’ve witnessed, deteriorates quickly in the salt air. Thank you for reporting the screens and cleaning discrepancy. These items have been dealt with. Unfortunately, you were notified of a downstairs unit’s clogged/overflowing toilet before we were. To minimize the damage to the downstairs unit, the onsite maintenance requested that you not use water in the bathrooms until the repairs could be completed that afternoon. We, and I’m sure the affected owner, is grateful for your willingness to cooperate with the request.
