We LOVED staying here! It was a beautiful property from the room to the pool to the private beach! Very clean room and resort. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is also centrally located with a Safeway, Starbucks and plenty of food options across the street! The pool was amazing and well kept. The grounds looked like a botanical garden. Parking was abundant.

We had a great trip staying at the condo at Waopouli Beach Resort. It was right on the beach, had beautiful grounds and pool area and was close to restaurants, stores and anything we needed. Being in Kapaa it was centrally located and easy to get to all areas of the island. The condo was beautiful with very large bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen that felt luxurious.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the hot tubs with sand on the bottom were awesome. The condo is located in a great central location on the island with a grocery store across the street and half way between the south and north shore. The condo looks out onto a parking lot but that was clear from the pictures ahead of time. Overall we had a great stay!

We love staying at Kapaa in Kauai as it is a central location to everything. Angela's place is in Kaipouli Beach Resort conveniently located right across from Safeway and ABC stores as well as multiple stores and restaurants. The unit itself has all the comforts of being a home and we especially appreciated all of the pots, pans, plastic bins, rice cooker, blender, etc. It was the first time that our 4yr old learned to swim. We rented a life jacket at a nearby Snokel Bob. He then hit the kiddie pool with small rock/sand and then migrated over to the big pool. We are saving the pool slides for the next visit. Having fresh new towel from the pool was added bonus.

Amazing! The beds and bedding were soooo nice and the condo is stocked with everything you need. There is everything for the beach-chairs, towels, coolers, etc. Great location to each side of the island, Close by stores, grocery store, starbucks, shopping etc. The workout out room is awesome, pools etc are beautiful. You can rent bikes, snorkel equipment in the lobby. The spa is also very worth going to and the restaurant on site is yummy.

Great location of resort. Our 2 br condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious bahtrooms and bedrooms. Supermarket, restaurants, outdoor activities nearby.Best shave ice on the islands in Wailua Shave Ice. Well equipped exercise gym. Large lagoon-lik pool with a lazy river. We plan to come back soon.

This rental is awesome! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space. The amenities all worked inside the rental and the grounds were clean. Pools were fantastic and it took only a 2 min. walk to get to the beach-loved it! There is a store right across the street and the location was stellar with regards to booked activities.

Condo was nice! Lighting situation was a little awkward because most of the lamps were unplugged. The staff listed as point of contact were exceptional and very helpful with our questions as we had to reach out to them for some information. We had just arrived and encountered who we believed to be the owner coming in the door just after we arrived wanting info about pillows. The individual did not say sorry walking in on us to check on unit and could have been have nicer and handle things better as we had just arrived in the unit. As for the unit we would stay again and found it to be a great unit! Recommendation Drain Screen/strainer for Kitchen sink very cheap and effective. Prevent clogged sinks.

This person was not prepared to run into anyone as check in was still a few hours away and they were not advised of your entering the unit early. However, it does not excuse a lack of introduction or apology considering everyone's surprise. Please accept our humble apology for this unfortunate encounter. We are happy to hear that you were able to enjoy your stay. Thank you for your recommendation regarding a drain screen/strainer, you would be surprised to know how many we go through in rentals. Sometimes they go missing, a lot of the time we find them damaged, or inoperable. We recently found a product called Tub Shroom that has been working well. This property was incredible. It was furnished beautifully and equipped with everything necessary to have a great time. There was an entire closet with beach fun...chairs, a cooler, umbrella, boogie board. Our family members were also on the 2nd floor but in a different building and we were able to stay connected with a convenient covered hallway. The restaurant food and staff were wonderful!! The only negative aspect of our stay...we didn't have enough time there!!

Just about halfway to the north or south shores- this place couldn't be beat. We could walk to restaurants and stores across the street but yet were still on the beach with a Tahitian bar to get drinks at as well. The man-made baby beach at the pool was awesome and so was the lazy river through the property and the 2 water slides. Our baby loved the 9am fish feeding in the pond and the interior was all top of the line. Pretty much nicer than our own home. After driving the whole island we were so glad we stayed in the middle as there wasn't much in the north or south. There were two great towns- Wailua and Kapaa just about 1min. in eiher direction for all our local feel style shopping rather than that bogus shopping center for all the hotel resort people in Poipu. Why go to Kauai for that, why not just stay home and go to the mall? There was a non-working ceiling fan in our unit and a couple broken TP holders, but all in all, no big deal and the place was extremely nice for the price. Again, can you say "beach bar"?? Pow! We will be back for sure.

This unit was exactly as described. Tons of bathroom space with both bedrooms having an ensuite with double sinks and a shower & tub. 3 toilets in total. The sofa bed was comfortable. The main beds were very soft - I slept well but could not use the pillows, which were too fluffy and cranked your head up too high with the soft bed - smaller pillows would work better.
The property was great - the kids loved the pool and being on the ocean was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils etc - it could use some basic tinfoil, saran wrap, etc.
We faced the side parking lot, which was very quiet
The biggest downfall for us was the traffic in Kapa'a.
This unit worked very well for our family of 5, but would also work great for 2 couples traveling together.

The condo was very clean. We loved all the high end appliances, like the Sub Zero fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals while staying in and even had Tupperware for us to pack lunches for our outings. The beds were so comfy! The only cons I had with the unit was one, it faced the parkening lot. And second, it didn’t have a top child safety lock. Most kids would never wander, but unfortunately my 3 year old did at 2 in the morning while everyone was still sleeping. Luckily, he was found safe. Still gave us the panic of a lifetime when we woke up at 4am and he wasn’t there. Other than that, I’d come and stay again.

The property was clean and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchen will everything you might need. The A/C cooled everything down in a hurry. Big washer and dryer. The pool was great and just steps from the beach! Overall, the exterior of the property could use a little maintenance, but we enjoyed our living space. Staff were very friendly. It's also centrally located on the island, with a grocery store just across the street. It's a good choice and a great value!

Our 8th stay at Waipouli and it is pleasing to see that the resort condition has improved since our previous visit. It’s a great locale, very underestimated by many. Walking distance to everything, well positioned to access both sides of the island and not far from Lihue. This unit wasn’t our favourite - the lounge area isn’t well set up to be comfortable for more than 2x and the lack of outdoor dining table/chairs was a dissapointment.

We had a really nice stay. Thank you! I have a few suggestions that would make staying at this unit more pleasant. My feedback.
1. Most of the dishes don't fit in the dishwasher. Only the smallest dishes fit and there are only about 4 of those. Needs more size appropriate dishes.
2. The extra pad on the beds makes the beds extremely soft. Too soft. The mattress has its own pad already so the additional pad is unnecessary and cumbersome to remove and store.
3. The bedroom with the king size bed has a vent that points directly toward one side of the bed which makes sleeping a constant fluctuation of freezing cold then hot or normal temperature.
4. A large puddle forms in the kitchen from either the fridge or AC condensation (I think). It's a slipping hazard. We weren't sure which towel to use to sop it up.
5. Ripped screen doors let mosquitoes in.
6. Would be nice having a functioning TV in room with queen size bed.
Despite these issues we had a great stay and would recommend the unit and resort.

The location for the condo was perfect and condo itself is perfect for 2 couples. We loved the condo overall. The kitchen is well stocked and they give you lots of bathroom and kitchen supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc). Our only complaints were the beds were a little to soft for our liking, the pool was so cold we didn't really want to use it and the living room furniture wasn't extra cozy - but it does have a pullout couch if you are looking for that.

the condo was lovely and clean. We did try to call Remax regarding entry a bit early, but were unable to get any answer. The sofa bed was broken, with a note not to use it. This was unhelpful as there was a need for 3 separate beds. we found a roll a bed and had to put it together. As we had specifically chosen a condo that could accommodate 3 separate sleeping areas, we sure hope no one minds that we used the roll a bed. It is significantly smaller than the queen size sofa bed, but we made it work. The ice maker was not functioning, and yes, we read the instructions. so annoyances were minor. and we would stay there again. overall, very nicely decorated and stocked.

Five adults rented this property. Generally a decent property in a very nice family friendly complex, with a lovely beach, pool area and beach restaurant. My complaints for what there worth. Upon arrival the carpet and tile flooring felt like they had not been properly cleaned from the previous use of the unit. For the price of the condo rental unit the bed in second bedroom was uncomfortable with added foam topper (needs a new mattress) The bathroom tub for this bedroom could use a shower so there would be no requirement to share the adjoining third bathroom which has a stand alone shower. The sofa was not comfortable when converted into a sofa bed. The lanais were very small and not as per the picture. Only one outside the master bedroom comfortably seated two people. The dishwasher had two load compartments that were very small and would not allow for washing larger items including the standard size dinner plates. Overall the unit was a good size with a nice kitchen and very serviceable for five people.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights. The condo was very nice and spacious for our family of five. We really enjoyed the pools and the beautiful grounds. We had a couple of issues with the condo, which management did fix. Our first night there the AC wasn’t working. It was very stuffy and we had a hard time sleeping. We called the next day and someone came out to fix it quickly. Another day the cooktop wasn’t working. We called that day and the following day again, and someone came out after the second call and fixed it. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Everything was clean, furnishings up to date and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, quiet complex across from grocery stores, souvenir shops and food. Kind of in middle of the island, we drove North, almost to Hanelei and South to Poipu. We did rent a jeep for our time on Kauai. Pool area nice for a family or for a couple...steps from the beach. My only complaint is the mattress topper in the Master bedroom...its way too soft and its memory foam so you can get stuck...quick!

Location was great. Central location to travel up to Hanolai or the other direction to Poipu and Waimea Coast. The condo itself was beautifully finished with quality woodwork, crown moldings and tile work in the bathrooms. The unit has what amounts to two master bedrooms with showers and soaking tubs in both. Appliances are Wolf and Subzero. Very nice. Restaurant is quite good and pool area is well laid out. Direct access to the beach and beautiful sunrise photos.

We booked late. We found out several of our relatives were planning a trip to Kauai and we wanted to go also. We booked in November for the first part of February. We luckily got a condo in the same resort. The only thing was, we had a condo on the outside of the building that looked out to the parking lot and another condo past that. We never had sun on our balcony so we never used it. Everyone else had views of the pool, which was beautiful. Also the dishwasher wasn’t working . Other than that we pretty much had everything we needed. We enjoyed the trip and our relatives. If we went again we would like a inside view! Another benefit was Safeway was just across the street and I could walk there.

The resort was nice, the unit C205 was not clean. Grease on counters, dirt on fans. Bed matress's were horrible, did not sleep well at all! Expected better for the price we paid.
