Welcome to our Princeville home on the north shore of Kauai. The Plantation at Princeville is an upscale condominium complex with all the amenities you could ever desire including a pool and exercise room. Our home is on the corner lot giving you the most privacy of any unit in the complex. You don’t have to look at your neighbors at all; instead, you have unbeatable views of the Hanalei Wildlife National Reserve, cascading waterfalls from freshly fallen rain showers, and the world-class golf course across the street from the community.
Come to our condo to experience the breathtaking beauty of natural rainforests and the fabulous beaches of Hanalei Bay. The high ceiling and the light colors give this home a truly airy ambiance. The beautiful home features a California King in the primary bedroom and two Full-Size beds in the second bedroom. The primary en suite bath is huge and features an oversized oval tub. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you will need for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner - whatever suits your fancy. There is so much to see, do, and experience in this home away from home.
*We welcome singles, couples, families, and friends alike. Please note that interiors are not child-proof and there are glass table tops, glass sliders, no child safety locks on cupboards, and some sharp corners on furniture. Please carefully consider if our home is suitable for your family if you have young children.
**Air conditioning is only in the primary bedroom and living room.
**Unit is a corner unit near the intersection of the main Ka Haku Road and Pepelani Loop. It may not be suitable for those sensitive to road noise.

Please note we take extreme pride in keeping our property up to the highest of standards, but clearly we had a lapse during your time with us. Hawaii has a tropical climate that pests thrive in. I am very saddened to hear about your negative review as we take pride in servicing each and every REMAX guest. I received your request for activities on December 6, 2015 and responded on December 8, 2015 with a list of recommended vendors. I wasn't aware my email was lost as I didn't receive any notice of that happening. Since I hadn't heard back from you after that and considering we were still over a month out from your arrival, I had assumed you were busy with holiday preparations. I reached out to you again on January 8, 2016 a week prior to your arrival, you responded on January 9, 2016 with "Being I didn't hear back from the concierge service within a reasonably amount of time or even response that email was received, I took care of it myself." I am so very sorry to hear your expectations were not met but we hope that you otherwise enjoyed your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. If you should choose to visit Kauai again in the future I would like to invite you back so that I may have the opportunity to make it up to you. Aloha Deborah: Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your stay. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to enjoy your stay at the Plantations #111 for various reasons. We’re normally known for our exceptionally clean properties and regret that we missed the mark here. Corrections were made to our statement to say A/C only in the master bedroom and living room. As for the furnishings, owners choose their own décor to their taste and preference and hope that each guest will love it as much as they do. Although it may not be ideal for everyone, we hope our pictures of the unit will help interested parties decide if the condo is suitable for them. Calling or emailing questions prior to booking will help you get a better idea of the property as well. We were shocked to read your review stating the runners were a trip hazard. We’re replacing them immediately with new sets. Regarding a previous guest review that they were charged $500 for a TV, to put it plainly the TV screen was impaled with a fork that had a syrup substance on it which clearly indicated the damage was due to their stay. Although we commiserate with them and agree accidents happen, they, unfortunately, needed to replace what was broken under their care. We appreciate your honest review and hope that although this particular property did not meet your expectations, you will return and give our other properties a chance.

It may be that you had some difficulty in operating it. Please note also that the pots and pans in this unit are not scratched.
